🌿 Holiday Clubs, After-School and Weekend Care

At New Leaf Together CIC, we offer structured, engaging programs for young people aged 8–19 with severe and complex needs — each designed to meet different rhythms and routines.

🌞 Holiday Clubs
Our holiday clubs run during school breaks and provide full-day sessions filled with sensory play, creative activities, and opportunities to build confidence in a safe, inclusive environment.

Alongside on-site activities, we offer access to community outings and experiences — from nature walks and local attractions to sensory-friendly visits and seasonal events. These outings are carefully planned to be enjoyable, accessible, and enriching, giving young people the chance to explore the world around them with trusted support.

Holiday clubs offer vital respite for families while giving young people space to thrive, discover, and enjoy meaningful moments.

🌙 After-School Care
Our after-school sessions offer a calm, supportive space at the end of the school day. Delivered on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis, these sessions are tailored to each young person’s needs, ensuring safety, consistency, and meaningful engagement. Activities are designed to help young people unwind and enjoy time in a nurturing environment.

Both services are designed to nurture confidence, independence, and joy — while offering families reliable, SEND-aware support.

🌼 Weekend Care
Our weekend care is delivered on a 1:1 basis, offering young people the chance to enjoy tailored activities and experiences in a safe, nurturing environment. Sessions are shaped around each individual’s interests and preferences, creating space for comfort, confidence, and joy.

Whether it’s creative play, nature-based exploration, or quiet time in a familiar setting, our weekend care provides reliable support for families and meaningful moments for the young people we serve.

After School Care

Available between 3:30–6:30pm
Delivered on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis
£15 per hour
School collection available (depending on location)
Times arranged with parent/carer

Holiday Clubs

Sessions run 8:30am – 4:30pm
Dinner session available on request: 4:30 – 6:00pm
£12 per hour (1:3 ratio) or £15 per hour (1:1 ratio)

Steps to Access Services & Referrals

We make it simple for families to connect with us and enroll their child in our programs.

1️⃣ Inquiry & Registration – Families can reach out via email, phone, or online forms to express interest.

2️⃣ Consultation & Assessment – We discuss individual needs and preferences to ensure the best fit.

3️⃣ Enrollment & Support – Once registered, families receive detailed schedules, guidance, and ongoing communication.

4️⃣ Ongoing Collaboration – We provide regular updates and adjustments to ensure the best experience for each young person.
